UPDATE: FY25 HUD CoC Program NOFO Withdrawn

The U.S. Department of Houring and Urban Development (HUD) has withdrawn the FY25 Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) and removed the application from e-snaps. HUD has stated that a revised NOFO will be issued to reflect updated priorities.

Because the federal NOFO has been withdrawn, the local competition is temporarily paused. This pause ensures that all local materials, scoring tools, and timelines are accurate and aligned with HUD’s updated requirements once they are released.

The Homeless Leadership Alliance is actively preparing for the revised NOFO and will provide updates, revised materials, and instructions as soon as more information is available.
